New Delhi, October 6, 2026: Design-led kitchen and bathroom fittings brand Lorazzo has raised ₹15 crore in its latest funding round, as the company looks to expand its product portfolio, strengthen its team and grow its presence across India.

The funding round was led by Sauce, with follow-on investment from Sprout Venture Partners. Panthera Peak and Alteria Capital also participated in the round.

Lorazzo said the fresh capital will be used to invest in product development, expand its product range, strengthen its workforce and scale both online and offline distribution channels. The company also plans to increase its local presence across more Indian states.

Lorazzo Targets India’s Growing Home Improvement Market

Founded in 2024 by Jatin Luthra and Saurabh Gupta, Lorazzo is positioning itself as a modern consumer brand in the kitchen and bathroom fittings segment.

The company is attempting to differentiate itself through a combination of design, technology, pricing, warranty and after-sales service.

Unlike traditional fittings brands that have historically depended heavily on dealers, plumbers and contractors to influence purchases, Lorazzo is betting on a changing consumer market where homeowners increasingly research products online and make more independent buying decisions.

Karan Kathpalia, Vice President at Sauce, said the home improvement segment offers a significant opportunity for consumer brands as online product discovery and purchasing continue to increase.

“Home improvement presents a significant opportunity to build consumer brands through online discovery and purchasing,” Kathpalia said.

He added that Lorazzo’s online traction in kitchen and bathroom fittings was encouraging because the category has traditionally depended heavily on offline sales channels.

According to Kathpalia, the broader shift towards organised and branded players could create further room for Lorazzo to expand as it strengthens its offline distribution network.

Smart Toilets Become Part of Lorazzo’s Product Strategy

Technology-enabled products are emerging as an important part of Lorazzo’s offering.

Among its products is the Intelli Smart Commode, a smart cleansing toilet that includes features such as a heated seat, electronically operated bidets, an air dryer, ambient lighting and digital temperature control.

The product is priced at ₹58,999, according to the company.

Lorazzo claims that comparable premium cleansing toilets sold by some international brands can cost between ₹1.5 lakh and ₹5 lakh, positioning its product as a more accessible alternative in the smart bathroom segment.

The company’s wider portfolio includes kitchen sinks, sanitaryware, mirrors, cabinets, faucets, wash basins, bidets and shower systems.

Lorazzo is also using warranty and after-sales support as part of its strategy to compete with established players. The company offers warranties of up to 20 years on selected products, along with pan-India on-site installation and service.

Founders See Shift in Consumer Buying Behaviour

Lorazzo co-founder Jatin Luthra said the kitchen and bathroom fittings industry has remained relatively unchanged even as consumer expectations around home design and technology have evolved.

“Kitchen and bathroom fittings have remained one of the few large consumer categories where brands have largely stayed unchanged while the consumer has evolved dramatically,” Luthra said.

He added that modern buyers increasingly consider design, technology and overall home experience while choosing products, creating an opportunity for newer brands to challenge established market practices.

The company believes the category is moving beyond purely functional purchasing decisions.

Instead, factors such as product design, smart features, ease of installation, service quality and long-term reliability are becoming increasingly important for consumers renovating or building homes.

Lorazzo Revenue Grows Sixfold in 12 Months

Lorazzo said its revenue has increased six times during the past 12 months, indicating growing demand for its product portfolio.

The company is now targeting ₹100 crore in revenue over the next two years.

Achieving that target will require Lorazzo to expand beyond digital sales and strengthen its physical presence in key markets.

The new funding is expected to support this strategy by helping the company establish stronger distribution channels across different states while continuing to grow its online business.

India’s home improvement sector includes a large mix of organised companies, regional manufacturers and unorganised sellers. Kitchen and bathroom fittings in particular remain strongly influenced by offline retailers, contractors, architects and plumbers.

Lorazzo’s strategy is to combine digital discovery with stronger offline availability, allowing consumers to interact with the brand across different stages of the buying journey.

Building a Consumer Brand Beyond Fittings

Co-founder Saurabh Gupta said Lorazzo’s long-term ambition goes beyond becoming another supplier of bathroom and kitchen fittings.

“Our ambition is not simply to build another fittings company. We want to build a consumer brand for one of the most frequently used parts of every home,” Gupta said.

He added that while design and technology can attract consumers, service, warranty and product reliability will be critical to building long-term trust.

That approach reflects a broader change in India’s home improvement market, where consumers are increasingly looking for branded experiences rather than simply purchasing individual products.

For Lorazzo, the challenge will be to translate its early online momentum into a scalable nationwide retail and service network.

The company is betting that increasing home ownership, renovation activity, changing design preferences and greater awareness of smart home products will support demand for differentiated kitchen and bathroom solutions.

With the latest ₹15 crore funding round, Lorazzo now plans to accelerate that expansion while introducing more products and increasing its presence across India’s organised home improvement market.
