Ayati Devices Raises ₹15 Crore Pre-Series A to Scale Early Detection of Diabetic Foot and Vascular Complications

Bengaluru, India: Ayati Devices has raised ₹15 crore in a pre-Series A funding round led by Inflexor Ventures, marking the company’s first institutional investment as it looks to expand its diagnostic technology for diabetic foot complications and peripheral vascular disease.
The funding comes as healthcare providers increasingly look toward early detection technologies that can identify vascular and diabetic foot complications before they develop into severe wounds, ulcers and, ultimately, amputations.
Focused on Prevention Before Complications Escalate
Ayati Devices is developing diagnostic solutions designed to help identify early indicators associated with diabetic foot complications and peripheral vascular disease. Its technology is aimed at enabling earlier intervention, potentially allowing clinicians to address risks before they progress into more serious conditions.
Diabetic foot complications remain a significant healthcare challenge, particularly because delayed detection can result in infections, chronic wounds and amputations. Technologies that can support screening and early risk identification are therefore becoming increasingly relevant across hospitals, clinics and community healthcare settings.
More Than 10,000 Devices Deployed Globally
Ayati Devices has already achieved international deployment, with more than 10,000 devices installed across over 30 countries. India currently represents the company’s largest deployment market, while its international footprint includes countries such as Denmark and Spain.
The company has also secured regulatory approvals in the United States, Sri Lanka and Malaysia, supporting its ambitions to expand beyond India and establish its technology across additional healthcare markets.
Inflexor Backs Ayati’s Next Phase of Growth
The ₹15 crore investment from Inflexor Ventures represents Ayati Devices’ first institutional funding round and is expected to support the company’s next phase of growth.
The capital will enable Ayati to build on its existing deployments, expand its diagnostic technology, strengthen its presence in international markets and accelerate adoption among healthcare providers.
For Inflexor, the investment adds another healthcare technology company to its portfolio at a time when the intersection of medical devices, diagnostics and technology-enabled healthcare is gaining momentum.
Building a Global MedTech Platform
With an established deployment base, regulatory clearances across multiple markets and more than 10,000 devices already in use, Ayati Devices enters its next phase with an existing commercial footprint rather than an entirely early-stage product.
The company’s focus on identifying diabetic foot and vascular complications before they develop into severe wounds positions it within the broader shift toward preventive and early-stage healthcare diagnostics.
The latest funding could help Ayati accelerate this transition from an India-led deployment model toward a broader international MedTech platform, while continuing to address one of the most serious complications associated with diabetes and peripheral vascular disease.
