Bengaluru, October 9th, 2026: Juspay, a global payments technology company, today reported revenue of ₹664 crore for the financial year ended March 31, 2026 (FY26), up 30% from ₹514 crore in FY25. Revenue has more than tripled from ₹213 crore in FY23, a compound annual growth rate of approximately 46%.

Daily transactions on Juspay’s platform rose to 400 million during the year, for brands including Agoda, Amazon, Decathlon, Flipkart, Google, HSBC, IKEA, IndiGo, LATAM Airlines, Recurly, super.money, Swiggy, Wego, Zepto, and Zurich Insurance.

Juspay also accelerated its international expansion during FY26, strengthening its presence across APAC, Europe, US, Latin America, and the Middle East. Juspay powers payments for more than 500 enterprises globally with an annualised total payment volume of more than $1 trillion with 99.999% reliability.

FY26 was also a year of continued investment in AI and open-source infrastructure, as Juspay expanded its capabilities across enterprise AI, customer experiences and payment intelligence. These investments include:

Xyne, an open-source, model-agnostic and data-sovereign Enterprise AI platform developed on a Unix-like architecture. It enables organisations to build AI applications and agents around their own organisational context while retaining control over their data and flexibility in their choice of models;
Breeze Buddy, a no-code AI voice platform that enables enterprises to build conversational workflows for use cases such as customer support, feedback and verification;
Breeze Universal, which enables brand discovery and agentic commerce across AI platforms and 1st-party surfaces of merchants and banks;
Juspay Genius, an AI-powered payment intelligence product that enables enterprise teams to manage their entire payments operations in an AI-native way, including analytics, routing rules, etc.

Juspay remained adjusted EBITDA positive in FY26 at ₹33 crore, excluding non-cash ESOP costs, even as it stepped up investment in its next phase of growth. The company reported a net loss of ₹90 crore for FY26. During the year, Juspay invested in expanding its international operations and building new AI capabilities, including Xyne. The company also continued to strengthen its core technology and payment infrastructure to support the next phase of digital payments, including agentic commerce and AI driven payment experiences.

“FY26 was a year of investing in the capabilities that will support Juspay’s next phase of growth. Our international payments business is scaling, and we are beginning to see traction across markets. As we expand globally, we are also investing in AI as part of a broader strategy to build new solutions for enterprises. Xyne is one example of this investment, bringing our experience in building reliable, enterprise grade infrastructure to an open source AI platform,” said Sheetal Lalwani, Co-founder & COO, Juspay.

“These investments have an impact on our near-term financials, but they are focused on building long-term capabilities and creating sustainable value for our customers. As we scale globally, our focus remains on investing in technology and talent while strengthening Juspay’s position as a global payments company,” he added.

Juspay’s vision is centered around building open-source infrastructure that can operate across markets. The company will continue to deepen its core payments capabilities, expand its international presence and invest in open and interoperable infrastructure.

About Juspay

Juspay is a leading multinational payments technology company, redefining payments for 500+ global enterprises and banks. Founded in 2012, the company processes over 400 million daily transactions, exceeding an annualised total payment volume (TPV) of $1 trillion with 99.999% reliability. Headquartered in Bangalore, India, Juspay is powered by a global network of 1,500+ payment experts operating across San Francisco, Dublin, São Paulo, Singapore and Dubai.

Reading the financial measures together

Revenue of ₹664 crore and adjusted EBITDA of ₹33 crore describe different aspects of performance. The ₹90 crore net loss is a separate bottom-line measure and remains relevant even though the adjusted EBITDA figure is positive. The announcement also identifies the core India payments business as profitable, which is a segment statement rather than a claim that the entire group reported a net profit.

The source rounds year-on-year revenue growth to 30%. Its figures show an increase of ₹150 crore from the prior year’s ₹514 crore. The compound annual growth figure compares FY23 with FY26 and should not be confused with the latest one-year rate. Different reporting periods can produce different growth percentages without describing the same comparison.

Payment volume is distinct from company revenue

The annualised total payment volume above $1 trillion refers to payments processed through the platform, not revenue retained by Juspay. It is also an annualised measure, rather than an explicit statement of the completed financial year’s total payment volume. The company’s daily transaction count describes platform activity and does not by itself show the value or revenue contribution of each transaction.

The international expansion and AI products are described as investments in future capabilities. The release does not provide a separate revenue contribution for each geography or product, a valuation, or a timetable for group-level net profitability. Those details would be needed to assess how the new initiatives are affecting the financial mix over time.

The reported 99.999% reliability is another company-provided operating metric. The announcement does not set out its measurement window, exclusions or calculation method. It should be attributed to Juspay rather than presented as an independently audited service result. Subsequent financial disclosures and product-level operating data would help readers evaluate how the expansion and technology investments translate into sustained performance.
